HalfCab is a new recording studio that was started to address the needs of local bands who want to make good quality recordings without spending every penny they have. Everybody involved in HalfCab (check the contacts page) is part of a local band, so we all know what it's like to pay through the nose for recordings that we're sometimes not even happy with and what it's like to drive to a different state just because it's $5/hour cheaper on the bill. Well, with HalfCab, hopefully you can get rid of most of those problems. The studio is located inside Howard County, so your drive won't be too long, and our rates are pretty much as low as you can get before you start recording with tin cans and pressing buttons on your Fisher Price tape player.
