Hey guys and gals, the compilation CD release show is right around the corner. Look at this, it's even the correct month now! March 22nd-- mark your calendars. Tell your friends, tell your neighbors, ask your mom and dad to go. Seriously, this show is going to be awesome. It will redefine your life. I promise. (Note: not actual promise.)

Ok, here's the deal: within the next two or three days, I'm going to update this page with directions and a set list of all the awesomeness that will ensue on March 22nd at the Grange (that's the hall that we're having the show at.) It'll be five bucks to get in, and CD's, as always, will be five bucks, too. That's like ten dollars for an awesome show and then permanent, recorded greatness. How can you lose? :) Ok, I'll update again soon. Thanks for stopping by!

The comp is here!

That's right; the compilation is here, done, finalized, duplicated. However you want to say it, it's totally done. I received, a few days ago, six massive boxes stuffed with CDs, and now we're ready to start selling them! I've decided to keep almost the same tentative pricing that I quoted before. I think it will work nicely to accomplish our goal of recouping duplication costs and helping to pay off some of the studio setup expenses.

Now that we have a jillion CDs to sell and a good chunk of investment to recoup, it's time to start the shameless hawking. Be a sport, come on, buy 75 of them. Get one for everything in your house that is capable of playing CDs; get one for your parents, your grandparents, donate a few to your local school, grab a few for your pets, just find a way to need 134 of them. Please? Seriously though, if you're in a band that is represented on the comp, it would be a great idea to buy 20 or so (or 26 and get the pricebreak). You can sell them at your shows, make an easy profit for your band, and not have to do any aggravating duplication or expensive investing of your own. This is the beauty of the compilation: it's a group effort. The hard part is over now; all we have left do is enjoy the music!! :)

To get in touch with me (David), you can email me at david@halfcabrecords.com or call me at 410-302-9502. Leave a note on my voicemail about how to reach you, and we'll work it out. Also, don't forget that our compilation show is March 22nd! Mandy and Katie are actively planning it, so make sure you stay in touch with them and keep that date free; we'd love to see you all there. To close, here's the final pricing. Come on, how often does a CD of 74 minutes sell for $5 or less? Buy 48; it's worth it.

    1-5 copies: $5
    6-25 copies: $4
    26-50 copies: $3.50
    51+ copies: $3
