Five students from the middle school Francisco Zayas Santana in Villalba will participate in a Robotics competition in Southern Mississippi University, in Mississippi, from May 15 to 19.

27 teams from Middle Schools and High School in Puerto Rico represneted the Island at the VEX Robotics World Championship 2013, in Anaheim, California. Puerto Ricao won 12 prizes, Below is the liste of the prizes:
