Have You Forgotten Your Username?
No problem; this one's easy to fix! To find your CienciaPR username, simply go to our member search and find your profile. Listed under "Contact Information" will be your CienciaPR username.
If you are having trouble finding your profile by searching, you can also try our member directory, which sorts and displays all CienciaPR users by last name.
If you still can't find your profile, you should follow step one of the password reset directions on this page. The e-mail that you receive will contain your username, and you don't have to reset your password unless you want to.
Have You Forgotten Your Password?
Still not a problem, but unfortunately, we can't get it back for you. This is because CienciaPR does not store your password. Instead, we store only an encrypted version of your password. This is a precaution we take so that nobody's passwords will ever be compromised, no matter what happens to our database system.
So, we can't recover your password. However, we can reset your password for you. To do this, you need to go through two steps:
- In the box below, type the e-mail address that you used to register for CienciaPR, and hit "Send Reset E-mail".
- When the e-mail arrives, click the link in it to reset your password.
This may seem like a hassle, but it prevents random people from resetting your password for you.
