In Puerto Rico, climate change is not a distant threat, but a daily reality. Record temperatures, more intense floods and hurricanes, and rising sea levels are already affecting the health and well-being of our communities, especially the most marginalized ones. 

We must prioritize climate education and communication for these populations, who are frequently left out of essential efforts to help people adapt to the impacts of climate change. One of these is the Deaf community.
