Course Description:
This interactive course focuses on operation and maintenance of the Attune® Acoustic Focusing Cytometer.
Who Should Attend?
This class is designed for new users of the Attune® Acoustic Focusing Cytometer. Attendees will benefit from lectures on instrument operation and maintenance within a classroom setting, performing hands-on lab exercises under the guidance of flow cytometry Application Scientists, and interacting with fellow attendees during lectures and discussion sessions.
Content:
Basic operation training will cover the following:
Introduction/review of flow cytometry concepts
Attune® Cytometer instrument system overview
Experiment setup and data acquisition
Compensation, post-acquisition analysis tools
Single-color and multicolor exercises
Advanced software tools, system maintenance, data management, and basic troubleshooting.
