Alejandro García Padilla, governor of Puerto Rico, receives the recognition with a group of CROEM alumni.

Governor Alejandro García Padilla was present when a group of CROEM (Residencial Center for Educational Opportunities of Mayagüez) alumni were recognized with the Educational Achievement Award 2013 by the Board of Directors of New York's Puerto Rican Day Parade.
