The Ivy Plus recruitment activity schedule will be: Monday, September 25, 2006: UPR Mayagüez, 9:00 a.m.- 3:00 p.m. in Centro de Estudiantes, 3rd floor Tuesday, September 26, 2006: UPR Cayey 10:00-12:30 in the Cafetería, and UPR Humacao, 12:00-3:00, in the Library, 3rd floor. Wednesday, September 27, 2006: UPR Río Piedras, 9:00-3:00 (TBA, most probably in Centro de Estudiantes or Honors Program Office) Also, a few of the representatives will go to Universidad Politécnica on Wednesday, September 27, 2006. WHAT TO BRING? Resumes, pen and a notebook or writing pad and all your questions about graduate school. HOW LONG SHOULD YOU STAY? The objective is to identify a university that accommodates your interests. Allow time to wait in line. Don’t leave with questions unanswered. Come prepared, with ideas already in mind about what are your interests, what field of study you want to pursue. They will try to answer questions like who is going to pay for it, where would you live, requirements for admission, etc. The universities attending so far are: Brown University, University of California, Berkeley, Columbia University, Cornell University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), New York University (NYU), University of Pennsylvania, Princeton University, Yale University, Harvard University and Dartmouth University.
