At the U.S. Poultry and Egg Association, Rivera Betancourt serves as the Program Manager for Food Safety and Production. He is in charge of designing educational programs for the poultry industry, aimed at helping managers and employees from industry comply with the regulatiosn and standards required by the federal government.
