The University of Puerto Rico’s Protein Research Center, a Center for Research in Protein Structure, Function and Dynamics, will be celebrating its Spring Conference in Protein Research 2006 next March 2-5, 2006 at the Courtyard by Marriott Isla Verde Beach Resort, San Juan, Puerto Rico. The UPR Protein Research Center is supported by the National Institutes of Health’s Centers of Biomedical Research Excellence (NIH-COBRE II) program and the University of Puerto Rico. The objective of the 2006 Conference is to serve as a forum for discussion and interactions between the UPR researchers and the invited guests. The Conference format will consist of oral presentations by our invited researchers and local researchers; round-table discussions and a poster session open to COBRE and non-COBRE researchers and students. Our Spring Conference 2006 theme is Protein Research in the “Omics” and Biotechnology Era. In this site http://cobre2.uprm.edu you can find information about the Spring Conference
