-The role of the Kidney in the disease.
- Dialog towards a comprehensive approach to obesity and related diseases.
Academic Speaker: John E Hall, PhD, Editor-In-Chief of The American Journal of Physiology
and of Hypertension, published by the American Heart Association.
Public Health Speaker: Nadine Gracia, MD, MSCE, Acting Director of the Office of Minority
Health at the US Department of Health and Human Services and former advisor in the Office of
the First Lady on childhood obesity.
