To be considered for the Bloomberg Fellows Program:

• Applicants must apply to the DrPH program through the School of Public Health Application Service (SOPHAS)
• Applicants must apply to the Bloomberg Fellows Program

*Both the SOPHAS and Bloomberg Fellows applications must be submitted

Deadline

The application deadline for the Bloomberg Fellows Program and the DrPH program is December 1, 2018, for admission beginning June 2019. The deadline to submit all supporting admissions documents is December 15, 2018.

The Bloomberg Fellows Program Application

The application process for the Bloomberg Fellows Program has two components.

1. The applicant must complete the Application Form for the Bloomberg Fellows Program
2. The applicant’s organization must complete the Application Form for Collaborating Organizations
