Managing Science in the Biotech Industry: A Mini-Course for Students and Postdocs December 5, 2014, University of Pennsylvania Campus, Philadelphia PA

Location: Stemmler-Dunlop Auditorium, 3450 Hamilton Walk, and Smilow Center 
for Translational Research Perelman School of Medicine, 3400 Civic Center Blvd.

The American Society for Cell Biology (ASCB) and Keck Graduate Institute (KGI) are partnering to offer a one-day course for graduate students and postdocs on December 5, 2014, the day before the ASCB/IFCB Meeting. The course will help basic scientists become more competitive for jobs in biotech and industry.

Registration for the mini-course, capped at 100 attendees. The cost is $100 and includes tuition, curriculum material, and lunch. If there are any questions, please contact Christina Szalinski at cszalinski@ascb.org.
