POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT Universidad Central del Caribe is seeking candidates for the following positions subject to external funds: Research Scientist Responsibilities include:· General laboratory management duties, including surveillance, ordering and organization of supplies.· Maintaining and cataloguing material stocks· Performing biochemistry, cellular and molecular biology experiments· PCR and DNA gels, Western blotting, and cloning.· Performing fluorescence microscopy experiments and image analysis. Mammalian cell culture Minimum qualifications: Master's degree in science with emphasis in biology, molecular biology or biotechnology.
