The UPR-MSC School of Medicine invites you to the mini-symposium:
“Microbiomes: from the environment to human diseases”, that brings together top researchers in the field of microbiome and researchers from multiple fields in Puerto Rico. Microbiome Sciences are multidisciplinary spanning medicine, physiology, immunology, ecology, biochemistry, pharmacology and computational approaches. The main goal of the 2020 mini-symposium is to foster interdisciplinary interactions among these fields, establish new collaborations and promote microbiome sciences at the UPR.This symposium is hosted and organized by the Department of Microbiology and Medical Zoology of the Medical Sciences Campus with a coordinated effort of the RISE program.
