Historically the AAA has being trying to "purify" water coming from lakes and rivers using old and new technologies. From my point of view this approach has proven to be not enough and epensive at the same time. I feel that if the quality of the water is conditioned at the very source by means of protecting strategies and restoration technologies, the cost for purifying the water will be a lot less. The problem is that is very difficult to deliver this message into the "stablished status quo",any reccomendation will be greatly appreciated,specially by our planet.
