Puerto Rican scientists will present a resolution on Friday where they talk about their findings about the contamination in Vieques, as a preamble to their meeting with the Agency for Toxic Substances and Diseases Registry to discuss the Agency's revision of their controversial 2001 study where they said that the impact of the NAVY military practices in Vieques had a minimal effect on the island's population.
