Puerto Rico moved from 42nd to 41st on the Global Competitiveness Index published by the World Economic Forum, but the country could have done better, if the organization headquartered in Davos, Geneva had received on time statistic data like the Consumer Price Index, that the Puerto Rican government has refused to make public recently.
