The Northeastern Ecological Corridor (CEN, in Spanish) is a unique natural space of major ecological relevance and beauty that is threatened by the current government, which removed the CEN's designation as a natural reserve, opening the door to hotel developers and thus, the destruction of this important ecosystem.
