The Center for Education, Conservation and Environmental Interpretation (CECIA, in Spanish) of the Puerto Rico Interamerican University and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) will host the 11th Biennial Symposium on Potable Water Issues; Science, Technology and Regulation on February 12 and 13th in the Bayamon campus of the aforementioned university.
