Les envio este link sobre un NIMH RFA referente a la creación de "mentoring networks" que va muy a la par con iniciativas creadas por varios miembros de esta comunidad. Es especifico para mental health related researchers. Se ha hablado mucho de la necesidad de ampliar el numero de minorías en nuestro campo y esta es una de las iniciativas creadas para apoyar el aumento de la población dentro del campo.

A group of scientists, including some from the University of Puerto Rico in Mayagüez, studied a stalagmite to identify, for the first time, rain patterns in the Western Atlantic area from year 1200 to present, covering more than 800 years of history.
