The Polidore Foundation is dedicated to promoting civic leadership among young people, and they offer an annual leadership program designed to accelerate your personal and professional growth through three core pillars:
- Coaching to strengthen your self‑awareness and your ability to lead with purpose.
- Mentorship from experts in leadership, entrepreneurship, and civic engagement, with a practical, results‑oriented approach.
- Networking with a diverse community of young leaders committed to creating real impact.
Program Format: 24 weekly sessions over 6 months. The program is 100% virtual and open to candidates of all backgrounds and nationalities and free of charge.
Program Requirements:
- Be between 21 and 35 years old
- Have the availability to fully commit to the program
- Fluency in Spanish (the program is currently offered only in Spanish)
