About Me and Project Info

About Me:

I am the Director of the City of San Juan's Housing and Community Development Department and look forward to providing sustainable/green housing alternatives to very low, low and moderate income families.

Project Info:

Recently our agency completed a set of two "green" pilot housing units, the first of its kind for a municipal housing project in Puerto Rico, using the M2 product (insulated concrete/poliestirene), and we are striving to deliver more units integrating additional sustainable components. We would very much appreciate suggestions and are open to discuss possible collaborative efforts.
