I am writing to ask for your assistance by participating in a study about your experiences in academia.  The study will assess barriers and facilitators of productivity, psychological wellness, and physical health.  This study is funded by the National Science Foundation and is being conducted by UMass Lowell in collaboration with UMass Medical School.

El Programa de Verano para Estudiantes de la Fundación García Rinaldi tiene un sólido prestigio y ha graduado a unos 1,500 participantes desde su inicio, algunos de ellos hoy ya profesionales de la Medicina o de alguna ciencia aliada de la Salud.

Una vez entrevistado y pre seleccionado para participar del Programa, el participante deberá entregar otros documentos que aparecen en la página de internet de la Fundación.

Science communication is part of a scientist’s everyday life. Scientists must give talks, write papers and proposals, communicate with a variety of audiences, and educate others. Thus to be successful, regardless of field or career path, scientists must learn how to communicate. Moreover, scientists must learn how to communicate effectively. In other words, to be a successful scientist, you must be an effective communicator.
