Observatorio de Arecibo vigila enorme asteroide

Una gigantesca roca espacial es analizada esta semana por astrónomos del Observatorio de Arecibo, informó la Sociedad de Astronomía del Caribe (SAC).  La entidad indicó que se trata del asteroide Apophis, que mide cerca de 877 pies de diámetro y el cual estará pasando hoy, miércoles, a 9 millones de millas (14.5 millones de kilómetros) del planeta.
