Under Process Development supervision, gather and analyze all measurable variables that impact the performance of an established drug product or a new drug product for making multivariate and predictive models.

FUNCTIONS
1. Application of first principles of design and development of computational and algorithm designs associated to Bioharmaceutical manufacturing processes
2. Application of a range of statistical modeling techniques which include Generalized Linear Models, Mixed Models, and Design of Experiments
3. Monitor critical processes, apply principles of data mining and assess potential impact due to raw materials,primary packaging components, equipment, environment, human actions, method, etc.
4. Ability to identify correlations between raw material attributes, product quality attributes and, process performance as well as source of variability
5. Ability to work with other talented research teams to solve problems achieving innovative and creative solutions
6. Collect, analyze, interpret and organize data required to build MVA and predictive models
7. Data-driven problem solving and analytical skills
8. Understanding of operations, set-up, cleaning, sanitization and preparation of media and buffers
9. Execute protocols and write scientific/technical documents
10. Comply with GMP's
11. Identify and recommend improvements
12. Basic troubleshooting
13. Recognize & accurately report problems
14. Assist in the review of documentation for assigned functions (e.g. protocols, technical assessment, technical reports)
15. May train staff to perform hands-on tasks
16. Report project progress against plan and meet deadlines

Must be in the process of earning a Graduate degree in Mechanical, Computer or Chemical Engineering, Life Sciences, Statistics or Pharmacy
