Assistant Professor of Biology - Botany Mesa State College Assistant Professor of Biology - Botany RESPONSIBILITIES: The successful applicant will join an energetic department focused on quality undergraduate teaching, advising and mentorship. Responsibilities include teaching 12 credits/semester, campus service, student advising, offering undergraduate research opportunities, and the creation and continued development of an active herbarium. Courses may include lower-division majors and non-majors plant biology and general biology courses as well as upper-division courses in plant systematics and plant identification and/or other courses in relevant specialty on a rotational basis.
