STEM Teachers,

Are you ready to enhance your STEM toolkit with engaging, hands-on activities that bring engineering into your biology classrooms, labs or science clubs?

BioBuilder Educational Foundation is offering Synthetic Biology - Professional Development Workshops for STEM teachers around the country this summer.

Please join us for a workshop at the University of California San Diego from August 5 - 7 (9 am - 4 pm daily).

A mixture of classroom, laboratory and design activities, BioBuilder's 3-day summer workshops provide a PD experience that is both accessible and inspiring, using real-world engineering challenges to teach life sciences. BioBuilder's curriculum has grown out of a partnership between researchers at MIT and secondary school teachers around the country.

You’ll leave with ready-to-teach lessons that use real-world engineering challenges to teach life sciences.  Network with similarly minded educators as you gain new knowledge and skills in the emerging field of synthetic biology.

Register now for early bird pricing available until April 1.
