The Yale Program in Cellular Neuroscience, Neurodegeneration, and Repair (CNNR) is searching for a scientist who uses molecular and cellular approaches to advance the understanding of Nervous System function. Priority will be given to applicants with research programs focused on understanding neurodegeneration or promoting neural repair, but outstanding applicants with a focus on basic aspects of neuronal function are also encouraged. The successful applicant will receive a primary appointment in one of the departments of the Yale School of Medicine and will be active members of that department. We invite applications at the rank of assistant professor, but appointments at the rank of associate professor will be considered. Applications are due by November 15, 2009.
