Ivan G. Vidal-Gonzalez was a graduate student in the Biomedical Sciences Program at the Ponce School of Medicine (PSM) when he tragically passed away on August 25, 2006. To honor his memory, his accomplishments, his scientific curiosity and his legacy, the Ivan G. Vidal-Gonzalez Fellowship has been created to provide financial support for outstanding graduate students in the Biomedical Sciences Doctoral Program at PSM. The first recipient of this fellowship will be announced at a ceremony at PSM, on Monday August 25th, at 3:00 PM.
