The ECHORN Interactive Learning Workshop is a 2 day professional development workshop designed for health research professionals such as junior faculty, research fellows, research assistants, project managers, postdoctoral fellows, and graduate students who work with populations in or from the Caribbean and who seek an experiential skills and network building learning opportunity.

The ECHORN Interactive Learning Workshop com- bines active learning with targeted mentorship. Participants will leave this workshop with skills and professional products that may be applied to both large and small research projects. Participants may apply to one of two learning tracks: research methodology or strategies for effective research management. The learning tracks are developed and facilitated by expert faculty within the ECHORN Network. Attendees in each of the two tracks have the opportunity to engage with their mentors during and after the workshop to continue honing the skills learned during the workshop.
