The University of Kansas, Graduate Studies, has a leadership opening for a Program Director of Graduate Enrollment. The Program Director serves as an executive staff member within Graduate Studies and directs the Graduate Application Processing Center.

 The successful applicant will have an understanding of graduate education, admissions, enrollment and recruitment processes that will allow the individual to propose, implement and manage projects that improve data collection and timely processing of student information from prospect through graduation.

 A master's degree (PhD preferred) and work experience that demonstrates strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze, summarize and effectively present data, and experience that demonstrates an understanding of current issues in higher education are required.  Demonstrated experience with graduate application, admissions, student records, constituent relations management, and/or relevant processing software is also required.
