Pharmaceutical Ops & Technology Quality 1) Perform virology testing; testing may include nucleic acid extraction from viral samples, quantitative PCR, and TCID 50/mL 2) Review assay books for sample release. Review and compile data for reports 3) Participate in laboratory support functions including laboratory and equipment maintenance, and preparation of virus stocks. 4) Perform under cGMP/GLP practices. Participate in assessments and inspections as appropriate. Qualifications 0 to 3 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. PCR experience required. Education BA/BS in a Biological Science or related technical field. Additional Notes This is a contract position until November of 2007. The position is open immediately. There is a possibility of permanent employment following the contract.
