Universidad de Puerto Rico Recinto de Río Piedras THE DEPARTMENT OF BIOLOGY INVITES APPLICATIONS FOR TENURE-TRACK POSITIONS IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS: - Microbiology with expertise in microbial ecology, pathogenesis, infectious diseases and/or host-microbe;microbe-microbe interactions. - Cellular, Molecular, Biochemistry with expertise in cellular mechanisms, protein biology, proteomics and or genomics. Candidates to all positions must hold a: Ph.D. or equivalent and have postdoctoral experience. They are expected to develop active research programs and to teach at the graduate and undergraduate levels. Applications will be reviewed starting October 15, 2011 to begin August 2012.
