A postdoctoral position is available at the Institute for Functional Nanomaterials at the University of Puerto Rico – Mayagüez (UPRM) in collaboration with the Pennsylvania State University (PSU) to work in the areas of biofluids, autonomous nano- and micro-motors/devices, and the design of smart and reconfigurable soft bionanomaterials. The postdoctoral fellow is expected to develop a biocompatible autonomous drug delivery system.

A postdoctoral position is available at the University of Puerto Rico – Mayagüez (UPRM) to work in the area of active matter and colloidal hydrodynamics.

The postdoctoral scholar will study, at a fundamental level, self-propulsion of catalytically driven colloidal particles. This work will be conducted under the supervision of Dr. Ubaldo M. Córdova-Figueroa from the Department of Chemical Engineering at UPRM and collaborators.
