The NASA Office of Education Minority University Research and Education Project (MUREP) solicits proposals from students pursuing graduate degrees in NASA relevant STEM disciplines. NASA OE MUREP ASTAR Fellowship seeks independently conceived fellowship proposals from student applicants, specifically in areas of projected deficiencies in the NASA future STEM workforce.

The purpose of ASM HQ Fellowship Program is to provide an intense and multi-faceted training experience for individuals who are interested in exploring careers outside the traditional academic environment. The program is intended to advance ones’ knowledge and skills in disseminating fundamental and applied research, education, science policy and communications as it applies to furthering the microbiological sciences and the mission of ASM.

La beca para estudios graduados de la Fundación Nacional de Ciencia (National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellowship; NSF-GRFP) es quizás la beca más competitiva y prestigiosa para estudiantes interesados en doctorados en una variedad de disciplinas relacionadas a la ciencia, ingeniería, tecnología y matemáticas.

Nos complace celebrar que veintitrés estudiantes de universidades de Puerto Rico recibieron esta prestigiosa beca, y tres más recibieron menciones honorarias. Aproximadamente, sólo un 17% de los estudiantes que solicitan la beca son premiados.

The National Academies is pleased to announce a call for nominations and applications for the 2014 Jefferson Science Fellows program.  Initiated by the Secretary of State in 2003, this fellowship program engages the American academic science, technology, engineering and medical communities in the design and implementation of U.S. foreign policy.
