What is the Future Diversity Leaders program?

This program is more than just a trip to California to be among the stars!

The FDL program begins with a three-day leadership conference, held in Hollywood, California, focused on preparing high-potential students with the skills and perspective to be the business leaders of tomorrow. You will have the opportunity to network with industry leaders, students, and KPMG professionals from all across the country.

With successful participation, you will then be eligible to continue your FDL journey as part of the KPMG internship program.

Why should I participate?

Generous scholarships and challenging internships.

Upon successful completion of the FDL conference, you’ll receive a $1,000 scholarship and the opportunity to interview for a KPMG internship with your office of interest. When you successfully complete your first internship, you’ll receive a second internship offer and be eligible to receive up to an additional $5,000 in scholarship funds. In the summer before your graduation, you’ll complete your final internship working with KPMG engagement teams in one of our three practice areas—Audit, Tax, or Advisory.

After your successful completion of this internship and maintenance of high academic standards, you may receive a full-time job offer from KPMG.

The FDL program is a great place to formulate your career objectives and learn the skills to launch a great career.
