The Department of Anatomy & Neurobiology of the University of Puerto Rico (UPR) School of Medicine is open for recruitment in two tenure-track positions at the Assistant Professor level. Applicants must have a Ph.D., postdoctoral experience, and a strong commitment to research and training of graduate students. Proven capacity to establish and/or maintain an independent externally funded research program is required. Field of research should fall within the mission of the National Institutes of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NIH NINDS). Future teaching responsibilities may be in neuroscience, histology/cell biology, embryology and/or gross anatomy, for medical/graduate students (in either English or Spanish).
