Description | Wellesley College is a proud participant in the Ronald E. McNair Post-baccalaureate Achievement Program and is seeking our inaugural Program Director to develop and implement a vibrant Wellesley McNair Scholars Program. The Ronald E. McNair Postbaccalaureate Achievement Program is a federally funded TRIO Program that supports students from low-income, first generation, and underrepresented minority groups successfully preparing for doctoral study.
