The Perspectives on Puerto Rico Lecture Series presents... Paradise Lost?  Environmental & Health Effects of Naval Occupation  of Vieques, Puerto Rico Dr. Arturo Massol will speak about the environmental, health, and political issues resulting from the US Navy’s occupation and bombing of Vieques, a small island off the coast of Puerto Rico.
