Yale Job Opportunities Focused on Critical, Antiracist, and Social Justice Pedagogies

The Yale Poorvu Center for Teaching and Learning is searching for two new members of the Faculty Teaching Initiatives Team, both with expertise in critical, antiracist, and social justice pedagogies. We are looking for candidates from any disciplinary background and will be interpreting expertise in these areas broadly. We are open to someone coming in at the Assistant Director level, who is new to faculty and professional development, or at the Associate Director level. For transparency, the targeted salary range for this will be $75-85K for Assistant Director level and $85-95K for Associate Director level.
