NOTA: Acabo de recibir este anuncio de un seminario sobre energía eólica auspiciado por la Administración de Asuntos de Energía y la Asociación de Industriales aliados al projecto de Windmar en Guayanilla. En mi opinion, este seminario de la Administración de Asuntos de Energía es 100% pro Windmar, para hacer propaganda en pro de los molinos de Windmar y otros, no importa que sea en terrenos sensitivos de extraordinario valor ecológico en Puerto Rico.
