I am the Associate Education and Diversity Director for a National Science Foundation Science and Technology Center called BioXFEL. I design, implement and manage educational programs that are aimed at preparing the next generation diverse scientist in areas of research involving the use of X-ray Free Electron Lasers (XFELs).
