For ninth consecutive year, the Seismic Network of Puerto Rico (RSPR), will participate together with other federal, local and regional agencies, in the tsunami drill Caribe Wave 2017. This event will take place on Tuesday, March 21 starting at 10:00 am.

Research conducted in Puerto Rico evidenced that educating parents to talk to their kids about sexuality promotes and facilitates communication about sexual health between them. The project tested the effectiveness of a web-based educational module to promote communication between parents and children (13-17 years) on topics related to sexuality.

El Programa Amgen Biotech Experience y la Universidad de Puerto Rico en Humacao, invitan a maestros de nivel intermedio y superior al primero de una secuencia de tres talleres sobre nuestro currículo de Biotecnología.  El primer taller será el sábado 11 de marzo de 2017 en las facilidades del edificio Darlington en Mayagüez.  El horario preliminar de los talleres es de 8:00 AM a 4:00 PM y se proveerá almuerzo.
