The Puerto Rico Aeronautical and Aeroespacial Institute, part of the University of Puerto Rico, Aguadilla Campus, has opened the new enrollment period for the “Base Aircraft Overhaul Program” (CAT-A) certification project, developed in collaboration with Lufthansa Technik Puerto Rico.
