Bachelor Degree in Chemistry
Minimum of 13 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a minimum of 5 years of management experience
Strong knowledge of cGMP and FDA regulations
Ability to read, write and speak in Spanish and English
Be willing to speak English with external resources and make decisions
Able to make decisions and support the decision without management intervention
Excellent Technical Writing skills and ability to train others
Root cause analysis training
Train the trainers certification
Good interpersonal relations
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to work under pressure
Strong computers background
Ability to prioritize and execute according to those standards
Knowledge in laboratory systems, procedures and methods.
Computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power point, LIMS, ERP system, EDMS system)
Knowledge of Quality metrics
Knowledge in packing and making procedures
