The fellow is expected to develop electronic structure and electronic transport techniques and apply them to energy efficient electronic device problems. Required qualifications: PhD in Physics or related fields with experience in electronic band structure calculations and computer programming (Fortran, C++, MPI). The appointment will be for one year, with a possibility of renewal upon mutual agreement and availability of funding. Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
