The 2018 International Mammalian Genome Conference will take place at the beautiful Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Beach Resort & Spa from November 11-14.

Excellent Science in a fantastic beach setting with friendly and interested colleagues!  What more could you want?  Perhaps a chance to visit one of the World’s premier Bioluminescent Bays or the Rainforest!

My name is Paola Giusti Rodriguez and I am from Río Piedras. Although I’ve been a volunteer at CienciaPR for only 3 years, I’ve known about the organization for almost 9 years, and I share many years of friendship with many in volunteer team.  Samuel and I studied together at the UHS (University High School at the University of Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras) and we’ve known each other for more than 20 years.  Giovanna was my mentor at UC-Berkeley when I interviewed for graduate school and years later our paths crossed again in Boston.

2013 Innovation in Graduate Education Challenge por la NSF

La NSF está buscando ideas de cómo mejorar el currículo de escuela graduate en las áres de STEM (ciencia, tecnología, ingeniería, y matemáticas). Están aceptando solicitudes de individuos y equipos y otorgarán premios de $1,000-3,000. Debes de estar matriculado en un programa graduado en STEM para poder solicitar.
