María del Carmen Ramos Álamo es estudiante de doctorado en Bioingeniería en la Universidad de Puerto Rico, Mayagüez. Posee un Bachillerato en Ciencias con concentraciones en Matemáticas Discretas, Ciencia de Cómputos y Física, y completó recientemente una Maestría en Bioingeniería. María creció en Bayamón y disfruta de las manualidades y la música.
