Graduate Student Recruiting Program, National Cancer Institute

The National Cancer Institute is committed to fostering a diverse community of scientists and expanding the representation among its trainees.  The Intramural Diversity Workforce Branch in the Center for Cancer Training was established to help attract, recruit, and build this community.  The Graduate Student Recruiting Program (GSRP) was instituted to recruit postdoctoral fellows to complete their training at NCI.

National Cancer Institute (NCI) Cancer Prevention Fellowship Program

The overarching goal of the CPFP is to provide a strong foundation for scientists and clinicians to train in the field of cancer prevention and control. As part of the program, we offer training toward an MPH degree at an accredited university during the first year, followed by mentored research with investigators at the NCI or FDA.

Apply for the National Cancer Institute's Cancer Prevention Fellowship

The National Cancer Institute (NCI) Cancer Prevention Fellowship Program (CPFP) is now accepting applications for Cancer Prevention Fellows until August 25, 2015. 

The CPFP is a postdoctoral training program open to scientists, researchers, and clinicians in the fields of cancer prevention and control. Watch our video to learn more about the unique features of the CPFP.
